Here I have only used fresh Italian basil and not any other herbs but it taste divine but you can add other Italian herbs like oregano, thyme etc.

Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Mutton Burger:
- 5 Buns
- For Mutton patty
- 500 gms mutton minced
- 1 Tsp Ginger powder
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Tsp Onion powder
- 1 Tsp Chilli flakes (optional)
- 10 Italian Basil leaves chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Crushed Black peppercorns
- as per taste Salt
- 1 Whole egg
- 2-3 Tbsps Cornflour
- For frying / grilling
- as needed Veg oil
Instructions to make to make Mutton Burger
- Mix in all ingredients for the mutton patty except the egg and cornflour. Here I have added fresh Italian basil but you can add other Italian dried herbs too. Cover and Keep it in the fridge for at least an hour or two. At the time of cooking the patty,mix in the egg and cornflour check salt. Give it the shape of a patty as per your bun size. I made 5 patties with this amount for my homemade medium sized buns. You can shallow fry or grill it on a griddle, while frying or grilling cover and cook.



- Cut the buns into half apply butter on both pieces and toast it on a pan. Place the cooked hot patty and cheese slice on the bun, and place the other half on top. Secure it with a toothpick and serve hot. If you like you can add Mayonnaise, English mustard sauce etc as per your taste.
